At Knellwood Care Home, we recognise how important it is for residents to maintain meaningful relationships with their family and loved ones. Every resident has the right to receive visitors in line with CQC regulations and individual preferences.

We are pleased to confirm that Knellwood Care Home is open to visitors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visiting is encouraged, and we aim to be as flexible as possible to support residents’ emotional well-being and family connections, and we adhere to Regulation 9a requirements.

All visits take place with appropriate precautions in place to ensure the safety, dignity, and comfort of our residents, visitors, and staff. These measures are regularly reviewed in line with current guidance and best practice.
