Our rooms are priced according to their size, facilities and location within the home. You can find our fees list on carehomes.co.uk here.

All accommodation, meals, refreshments, and laundry services are included, along with all aspects of care that we are registered to provide. Telephones in residents’ rooms and Wi-Fi access are also available free of charge.

A wide range of activities is included, such as in-house entertainment and organised trips and outings. Family and friends are always welcome to visit, and refreshments and meals can be provided for visitors by prior arrangement.

Newspapers, hairdressing, chiropody, dry cleaning, and personal toiletries are not included in the fees and will be charged separately where applicable.

We understand that family members may not always be available to accompany residents to medical appointments. In these circumstances, a member of our care team can accompany a resident to their appointment. This service is charged at £25 per hour, with any taxi or transport costs charged at cost.

We are pleased to confirm that Knellwood Care Home is open to visitors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visiting is encouraged, and we aim to be as flexible as possible to support residents’ emotional well-being and family connections, and we adhere to Regulation 9a requirements. • There is a conservatory and four lounges and a quiet room
• All rooms have satellite TV access and telephone points
• There are lifts to all floors
• A hairdresser and chiropodist visit regularly, with other services visiting when necessary: CMHT, SALT etc
• We have weekly GP access for our residents
• All our meals are freshly prepared and cooked on the premises and are fully included in the fees
